You are invited to a wordless follow-the-leader practice from our project "The Retreat" that allows participants to engage in simple movement patterns that are repetitive yet constantly evolving, evoking a low-brain, mesmerized state of mind. Feel free to come to as many or as few of these as you like, and slip in and out of the practice on your own timing.
The workshop is designed for all participants, regardless of physical ability or training. FREE.
